Returns and Refunds Policy
At Anotoys Collectibles, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned, and that’s why we offer a flexible and transparent Returns and Refunds Policy designed specifically with collectors in mind.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:
  • The return request must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all return transactions.
  • For items claimed to be damaged, defective, or in unwanted condition upon arrival, the customer must provide a full unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the item as it was received. This helps us validate and process your claim more efficiently.
Please note: Items marked as final sale, blind boxes, or custom/limited edition releases may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:

Once approved, our team will issue a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of shipment.
  • Anotoys Collectibles is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
  • Our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • If approved, you’ll receive either:
  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • An exchange or store credit, based on your preference and product availability.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to process returns or refunds in the following situations:
  • Return requests made after 10 days of delivery.
  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in original condition.
  • Damages caused by improper handling, accidental drops, or customer misuse.
  • Items marked as non-returnable, including specific pre-orders, mystery boxes, or clearance items.
6. Exchanges
  • You may request an exchange for a different item, variant, or size (if applicable).
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a partial refund to compensate for any unwanted concern or offer store credit instead.
7. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty:
  • If your item is defective and covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for support.
