About the Mega Man X Model Kit Series

With over 32 million units in sales, the Mega Man series is a beloved video game franchise with fans of all generations throughout the world.
Incredibly popular for their fast-paced action and deep storytelling, the games inspired a variety of spinoff games and media, including the Mega Man X series that became a core brand within the franchise.
The protagonist of the series, X, is being released as a plastic model kit for the first time, 25 years since the release of the first Mega Man X game!

Changes from the Standard Version

• The model is coated with pearlescent plating that changes colors from purple to light blue, blue, and green.
• Two of the face parts have been changed to look in different directions.
  
  • Standard Teeth Clenched/Looking Right ⇒ Premium Teeth Clenched/Looking Left
  • Standard Shouting/Looking Left ⇒ Premium Shouting/Looking Right
• The Charge Shot effect parts come in new colors.
  
  • Standard Color Green＋Yellow ⇒ Premium Color Light Blue＋Pink
• The package features a premium version illustration.
  

The following parts from the standard version are not included:

• Teeth Clenched/Looking Right and Shouting/Looking Left
• Standard Color Charge Shot Effect Parts

Model Specifications

• The kit includes three interchangeable face parts.
• The X-Buster can be equipped to the model’s left or right arm.
• The kit includes three types of interchangeable hand parts.
• The model’s back features a 3mm connection point, making it compatible with separately sold bases from Kotobukiya’s M.S.G series, such as the NEW FLYING BASE and NEW FLYING BASE Plus.
• The charge shot effect parts can be switched out for a dash effect or impact effect, giving users a variety of customizable display options.
• The dash effect part is equipped with a 5mm joint, making it compatible with the arms of separately sold bases from Kotobukiya’s M.S.G series, such as the NEW FLYING BASE and NEW FLYING BASE Plus so they can be used as a display stand.
• The kit is made of multi-colored plastic and contains pre-painted parts, making it easy for users of all levels to build X as he appears in the game.
• The packaging includes a specially drawn illustration by Mega Man X series character designer Keisuke Mizuno.
